Jordan's Story
It started with the work itself.
Before PPW became a multi-service exterior company, it was Jordan learning the business hands-on and deciding what kind of company he wanted to build.
In 2019, while attending college and studying EMT and firefighting, Jordan made the decision to build something of his own.
He had already spent years around exterior cleaning and property maintenance, working alongside experienced people in the industry and seeing what separated a professional job from a rushed one. The lesson was simple: the equipment matters, but the standard matters more. Communication, showing up when promised, protecting the property, and finishing the details were what customers remembered.
With limited resources, Jordan saved enough to purchase his first professional equipment and started taking on residential driveways and patios across South Florida. Each job funded better equipment, broader capability, and the next stage of the company.
Pressure cleaning grew into roof and exterior soft washing. Then came painting, paver sealing, window cleaning, landscaping, and larger commercial work. What began as a small operation became PPW Exterior Services: one company built to take responsibility for how the exterior of a property looks.

The Build

Soft washing, roof work, painting, windows, paver care, landscaping, and commercial exterior services expanded the company.

PPW now serves homes, HOAs, restaurants, retail, offices, apartment communities, and other managed properties across South Florida.
