From first equipment to a full exterior company.
In 2019, while attending college and studying EMT and firefighting, Jordan founded PPW Exterior Services. After working alongside experienced leaders in the industry, he had a clear picture of what high-quality service required: the right equipment, attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to doing the job correctly.
With limited resources and a clear plan, he saved enough to purchase his first professional equipment and began servicing residential driveways and patios throughout South Florida.

Founded PPW Exterior Services while attending college and studying EMT and firefighting.
Hands-on
Nearly 11 years in exterior cleaning and property maintenance. After working alongside experienced leaders, the standard was clear: right equipment, attention to detail, strong communication, and doing the job correctly.
First equipment
Saved enough to purchase the first professional equipment and began servicing residential driveways and patios throughout South Florida.
Grew the company
Reinvested in better gear and expanded what the crew could take on. Roof and exterior soft washing followed. PPW Exterior Services became a multi-service exterior property maintenance company for residential and commercial clients.
Today
Pressure cleaning, soft washing, painting, paver sealing, window cleaning, and lawn maintenance throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties, and travel for larger commercial projects. Work completed for HOAs, shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, office buildings, apartment communities, parking garages, luxury homes, and other commercial properties across South Florida. 1,500–2,000 residential properties and 150+ commercial properties serviced.

What’s Next
More than pressure washing.
Jordan’s long-term vision is to continue developing PPW Exterior Services into a full-scale exterior property maintenance company serving South Florida, with dedicated divisions for pressure cleaning, painting, landscape and exterior design, and commercial janitorial services.
The objective is simple: give property owners and managers one dependable company they can trust for the ongoing appearance and maintenance of their property.
Outside of work, his South Florida roots show. He has a strong love for the outdoors and enjoys boating, fishing, golfing, working out, and time with friends and family.
